BARGAIN hunters are rushing out to grab Fairy dishwasher tablets which are scanning for just £2.50 a pack at a major supermarket.

The usual price for one pack of 29 Fairy Platinum dishwasher tablets is £10 at Tesco.

A savvy shopper though claims to have bagged themselves a bargain.

They took a Facebook group to tell others about their cheap find.

Writing on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Group, the anonymous member said: “Meant to be £10 scanning at £2.50 a pack in Tesco.

“They were in the clearance marked as £4 on the shelf.

“Used self-scan and they are £2.50.”

The canny shopper posted their receipt appearing to show the rock-bottom price along with an online grab showing the price marked as £10.

The online ad also mentioned: “Any 4 for 3 Clubcard price – cheapest product free”.

Many members of the group went online to tag their friends in on the post so they also knew about it.

A second wrote: “Should of got 4 cause you would of got one free too.”
