A SAVVY shopper has revealed the clever hack she uses to score a ridiculously good bargain on her weekly food shop.

The lucky customer managed to bag up £15 worth of groceries for just £3.76 – making her final bill 75 per cent cheaper.

Her amazing hack revolves around getting your hands on the iconic yellow sticker products that often show whopping discounts placed on them.

Among the items were a range of delicious looking desserts, tasty sandwiches and even a loaf of bread.

One of the biggest blockbuster discounts came from the fresh cream lemon sponge that scanned at the till for just £0.75 despite originally being £3.

But the greatest reduction came from the pre-made baguettes that you can normally get in the meal deal.

Usually costing hungry shoppers a pricey £3, a ham and coleslaw and a prawn mayonnaise baguette came down to a mouth-watering £0.30.

The amazing bargain shop was posted to Facebook group Latest Deals, Extreme Couponing & Bargains.

A picture of all the cheap items was put alongside the caption: “I score some great yellow sticker bargains at Morrisons tonight.”

Plenty of impressed people reacted to the post with it getting a lot of attention online.

More and more shoppers are starting to look out for the famous yellow stickers when they’re out and about as they look to counter the cost of living crisis squeezing budgets.

It was revealed that post-Covid households have been warned grocery bills have risen by £271 a year.

Figures show that the price of some essentials have skyrocketed up by 37 per cent.

An ex-Morrisons worker dubbed “yellow sticker man” previously shared his secrets to nabbing the best deals every single time.

Al Baker, 48, from Aldershot, worked for just over two years at the supermarket and was in charge of knocking down the price of food nearing its sell by date.

His top tips for perfecting your bargain hunting include picking the right time, going as a group and even using a special app called Too Good To Go.

The amazing app allows shoppers to bag up ludicrous deals.

The app works by letting shops list excess food that was only going to be thrown away at heavily discounted prices.
