NINTENDO Switch players can get their hands on a three-game-strong ‘Kung-Fu brawler’ bundle for just five per cent its original price.

But players only have about a week left until the offer ends.

The 9 Monkeys of Shaolin, Ash of Gods and Redeemer bundle is currently 95 per cent off in the Nintendo eShop.

The PEGI 16 bundle is typically worth £34.99, but is currently available for a fraction of the price at £1.74.

The offer stands until 18 February, when the bundle will return to its original price tag.

9 Monkeys of Shaolin

Play as the Chinese fisherman Wei Cheng who wants to avenge the death of his friends and family.

It’s been hailed for its simplicity and ability to make permanent upgrades to your character.

Co-op play is also enabled, so you can play with friends.

“Story and gameplay are straightforward,” one player wrote on Metacritic.

“Decent length for this type of game and some fun mechanics, such as parrying and deflecting attacks.

“Me and my buddy enjoyed playing local co-op.

Ash of Gods: Redemption

A turn-based role-player game that combines tactical combat, collectible card game elements, and a constantly evolving story in which no one is safe from death.

“I was hesitant at first because it really just looks like a total rip off of The Banner Saga, but it honestly holds its own just fine,” a player wrote in a Metacritic review.

“The plot is very interesting with many choices and a non linear path to take with multiple different endings.

“All of the interweaving storylines mesh well with each other and the characters all feel very fleshed out and unique.

“The music and art are both stellar and the combat system is interesting and fun.

“I’ve played a few times now, making different choices along the way and it definitely has a lot of replay value.”

Redeemer

A beat-em’-up action game focused on ‘tough-as-nails’ Russian Vasily is a former security officer of the largest weapons company in the world.

A player on Metacritic called the game “badarse” and a “ballet of beating and bullets”.

“Once you get into the rhythm of slaughtering enemies very few games are as satisfying,” they added.

“The fact this games scores are so low is another testament to how far the gaming industry has fallen.”
