The Fortnite Championship Series (FNCS) weapon in question is called the Axe of Champions.

The rarest pickaxes in Fortnite are the ones from the earlier seasons, which haven’t appeared in the game for a very long time.

Very few players ever get thier hands on these hallowed instruments, as Epic Games only awards the Axe of Champions to an elite club of players.

How do you get the FNCS Pickaxe?

With an item so incredibly rare, players are keen to learn how to get their digital hands on Axe of Champions.

But you need to be one of the best players in the world out of hundreds of thousands of gamers, as it is only given out as a reward to FNCS winners.

The Axe of Champions is part of the FNCS set and was first released in Chapter 2: Season 2.

The Axe of Champions was replaced by The Axe of Champions 2.0 in Chapter 3: Season 2.

The ID of the Axe of Champions is Pickaxe_ID_376_FNCS.

Does the FNCS pickaxe get removed?

The Axe of Champions is taken away from the previous owners of the weapon if and when a new duo from each region wins in the next FNCS.

This means only 14 players hold this Pickaxe in their lockers.

The elite 14 gamers to hold the Axe of Champions are comprised of two players from each region.

What rank do you have to be to play FNCS 2024?

To participate in the FNCS 2024 Open Qualifiers, you and your duos partner must have reached at least Platinum I rank in Fortnite’s Ranked Battle Royale.

Each Open Qualifier has four rounds and only the top duos that have earned the most points over 10 matches.

These matches are played in the span of 3 hours, with the winners advancing to the next round.

The FNCS 2024 will be broadcast across multiple streaming platforms, including inside Fortnite itself.
