APPLE users have expressed joy at a new software update that’s brought lots of extra features.

The iPadOS 17.3 was recently revealed by the tech giant and will bring some big changes.

Apple said: “This update introduces a new Unity wallpaper to honor Black history and culture in celebration of Black History Month.

“This release also includes enhancements to Apple Music, as well as other features, bug fixes, and security updates for your iPad.”

Apple expanded on the several updates coming to Apple Music.

It said: “Collaborate on playlists allows you to invite friends to join your playlist and add, reorder, and remove songs.

“Emoji reactions can be added to any track in a collaborative playlist.”

The update also includes an improvement to the AirPlay.

AirPlay will now support hotel use so you can stream directly from your iPad to TVs in hotel rooms.

The AppleCare & Warranty in your Settings is also getting an update.

It will show your coverage for all devices connected to your Apple ID.

Apple notes: “Some features may not be available for all regions or on all Apple devices.”

One Apple user who downloaded the update expressed their delight on X, formerly Twitter.

They wrote: “No cause why did iPadOS 17.3 drastically improve battery life.”

Another user replied: “Can’t wait to update lol.”

And, another said: “I gotta update then, I’m still on iPadOS 17.0 lol.”
