SHOPPERS are rushing to Tesco for a returning mint chocolate eggs Easter favourite already on shop shelves. 

Nestle’s After Eight mini eggs are back for the easter season in Tesco for £1.35.

The sweet treats were shared in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook.

The shopper said: “I’m not sure it’s a bargain, but I’ve just found these in Tesco. I love After Eights and mini eggs, so my favs in one egg.”

The post quickly racked up over 917 likes and 500 comments. 

One user said: “Oooooh, that should be illegal.”

Without a Clubcard, you will have to pay £1.50 for the 81g bag of chocolates.

You can also find the eggs in Iceland where they are a little cheaper at £1.25 and the same price in Morrisons

The chocolates are available in-store and online but if you order online you will need to factor in a delivery charge. 

It may be cheaper to add the chocolate eggs to your weekly shop. 

You should be able to find standard After Eight mint chocolate bars in most stores as well.
