Hitman Essential Collection includes two titles from the acclaimed series about Agent 47, Hitman: Blood Money and Hitman: Absolution, selling at their lowest-ever price.

Released in 2006 and 2012, respectively, the titles are part of the original Hitman series, which came before the latest World of Assassination trilogy.

Usually selling for £8.50 / $9.99, Hitman: Blood Money is now offered for £1.70 / $1.99, that’s 80% off.

Blood Money reviewed well when it first launched, and it still has a ‘very positive’ review rating on Steam.

Built on a new game engine at the time, Blood Money looked much better than its predecessors, and although its graphics are dated by today’s standards, it’s still a great game to play.

A fan-favourite of the series, Blood Money introduced a notoriety system, punishing careless assassins for their mistakes by making the next mission harder.

Hitman: Absolution was more linear than Blood Money and earlier games in the series, and garnered mixed reactions when it launched more than a decade ago.

Still, the game featured significantly improved visuals and quite a few new features and mechanics, and is now sitting at a favourable 79/100 rating on review aggregator Metacritic.
