Vodafone has acknowledged the widespread issues experienced by its customers, saying that the outages are being investigated.

In a reply to one of many complaints about the mobile network on social media, the telco said “we’re working to get this sorted as soon as possible”.

More than 3500 users have reported issues with the Vodafone network this morning, with many taking to social media to express their frustration.

Vodafone’s service checker on its website is showing no issues, despite many complaints from customers.

“Is the Vodafone network down, unable to use phone as showing no signal ???? Checked network status and it’s showing no issues,” tweeted one customer.

Vodafone users report issues on social media

Several Vodafone users have taken to social media to report issues with the network this morning.

Some users had trouble accessing data and internet, while others couldn’t receive texts or calls.

“Anyone on Vodafone? I’ve literally got no phone signal,” said one user on X, formerly Twitter.

“Anyone else got an issue with Vodafone this morning accessing data for internet?,” tweeted another.

“How can the entire Vodafone network be down but their website still says no issues,” complained another.
