Former Labour insider, who was married to the TV presenter Kate Garraway, had long Covid
Derek Draper, the former political lobbyist turned psychotherapist, has died at the age of 56.
Draper, who was married to the Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway, had been ill with long Covid. In April 2021 he returned home after more than a year in hospital being treated for Covid.
