Aside from chocolates, Walkers have been keeping crisp fans on their toes this year with new additions and also by discontinuing some popular flavours.

B&M shoppers have even begged Walkers to “bring back the original” after they launched a divisive new crisp flavour.

Packets of limited-edition BBQ Pork Ribs have been spotted in the aisles of B&M this week.

And some shoppers pleaded with the crisp giant to make an urgent U-turn.

Responding to the photo, a few people bemoaned Walkers’ choice, and claimed they would have preferred the crisp giants bring back an old favourite instead.

Just last month Walkers fans were left “devastated” after the snack firm announced it had discontinued one spicy flavour in the Walkers Max range.

It comes as the company also told customers that it is no longer making a favourite Quavers flavour that only returned two years ago.

So much was the outrage that celebrity cook Nigella Lawson was tweeting about it.

Earlier in the year it also confirmed its Worcester sauce flavour crisps was no longer part of the range, leaving shoppers miffed.

Plus the beef and onion flavour was discontinued last year.

The crisp brand also revealed that it’s made a major change to the recipe of its Thai Sweet Chilli Sensations – and fans are not happy about it.
