Videogame boss Tim Sweeney is on a winning streak.

His company, closely held Epic Games, defeated tech behemoth Google in court on Monday, and its years-old megahit “Fortnite”—which served as the catalyst for the legal battle—is undergoing a resurgence in popularity.
