ALDI shoppers are going wild for an “amazing” sell-out air fryer that’s back on shelves – and it’s £170 cheaper than Ninja.

The discount supermarket’s Ambino air fryer has been a hit with shoppers in the past and is always quick to sell out.

Aldi’s bargain air fryer is back in stock and shoppers are rushing to buy it

It’s priced at £49.99, but you’ll have to visit your local store if you want to get your hands on one, as it’s isn’t available online.

You can find your local branch by using the locator tool on its website.

The Aldi Specialbuy is £100 cheaper than the same-size Ninja air fryer, which will set you back £149.99.

One savvy shopper bagged one at her local store and shared the find on social media, where fellow bargain hunters rushed to comment.

Posting in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains Facebook group, one Aldi fan said: “I was this as a Christmas present.”

Another wrote: “This air fryer looks good.”

And a third added: “Bargain! I’m so happy with mine!”

The gadget has an 8L capacity and two separate cooking compartments so you can cook different foods simultaneously.

It also has a handy sync function to ensure that both dishes are ready to serve at the same time.

There’s a digital touch screen with a 60 minute timer and it has a temperature range of between 60 and 120C.

Plus, there’s five pre-set cooking programmes to make cooking even easier.

It also comes with a handy three-year warranty.

Of course, stock will vary from store to store but do head down to your local Aldi if you’re after the product.

Remember, it’s only a bargain if you were planning on getting an air fryer anyway.

Of course, it’s always worth shopping around when buying an air fryer as you might be able to get the same model cheaper.

You can use comparison websites like pricespy.co.uk or type the model you are looking for into Google, hit the “shopping” tab and then browse through all the options.

We checked online to see if we could see a better deal than Aldi’s currently offering.

Argos is selling a Tower air fryer for £30, but with a 3L capacity, it’s smaller than Aldi’s gadget.

And Robert Dyas has included a 2l Daewoo air fryer in its Black Friday offer. But again, it’s smaller than the Aldi version.

With days getting colder, and household bills inevitably increasing, you should also consider how much it could cost you to run an air fryer.

The answer won’t be the same for everyone, as what you pay for electricity will depend on your tariff and also how large and efficient your appliance is.

As with any appliance, a newer model is likely to be more efficient and cheaper to run than an older version.

The power of an air fryer is measured in watts, and this determines how much energy it uses – and the cost of using it.

But the more powerful the appliance, the quicker it will cook your food too.
