APPLE TV+ subscription costs are rising again, but this time alongside Arcade, News+ and Apple One packages.

The tech giant increased Apple TV+ prices last year, but has swiftly followed Netflix and Disney+ in upping costs this October.

In the UK, Apple TV+ has jumped from £6.99 to £8.99, so an annual subscription will be £89.99.

In the US, Apple TV+ subscriptions have climbed from $6.99 to $9.99 a month.

This equates to an inflation-busting 28.6 per cent increase for Apple.

Arcade, Apple’s gaming hub, is also rising from £4.99 to £6.99.

Apple News+ is rising from £9.99 to £12.99.

Meanwhile, Apple One bundles – which include some or all of Music, Fitness+, News+, TV+ and iCloud storage – are increasing significantly too.

Solo Individuals packages are swelling to £18.95 from 16.95, £24.95 for a Family membership from £22.95 and £36.95 for the Premier package from £32.95.

It follows a separate, quiet, price hike for iCloud storage in June.

The price hikes for existing customers will come into effect in 30 days, but any new customers will have to swallow the increase from today.

How do the prices compare to Netflix and Disney+?

Last week, Netflix announced it was raising the price of its premium subscription package in the UK, following rumours of a rise earlier this month.

While Disney+ slapped a 37.5 per cent increase onto subscriptions earlier this year, which is coming into effect November 1.

Let’s take a look at how the prices compare.
