On the package, the Bounty item is described as a “crisp biscuit with a coconut centre and covered in milk chocolate”.

One happy shopper took to Facebook to let others know that the sweet treat was on the shelves.

In the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, they said: “New in Home Bargains look yummy.”

The post gained over 243 likes and 470 comments and fans said they were super excited to try the treat.

One user said: “A thousand times yes!!”

“I enjoyed these so much I ate them all in one go,” said another.

A third user claimed: “Bought these yesterday and they are delicious.”

However, Bounty still remains a controversial flavour and if you don’t like it this one definitely isn’t for you.

One user said: “One for u weird bounty lovers.”

“They’re really trying to push them on people this year,” claimed another.

If you are looking to get your hands on the £1.49 biscuits you will need to head to Home Bargains or B&M, though prices may vary in different stores.

Bounty lovers have been blessed this year with lots of new bounty flavours hitting shop shelves.

Last month Bounty fans went wild for the Bounty-flavoured chocolate & caramel cake in Asda stores.

The new loaf cakes are selling for £2 and Mars has confirmed you should be able to find them at B&M, Spar, Nisa and Heron Foods as well.

New mini Bounty eclairs were spotted earlier this month in Iceland.

The mini eclairs are set to have a coconut-flavoured filling with a milk chocolate coating and a dusting of coconut flakes on top.

The sweet treat has been confirmed as an Iceland exclusive and is also available online.

However, shoppers are still calling on Mars to bring back Bounty Dark alongside eight other iconic chocolate treats.

With the red-wrapper Bounty gone, fans will have to settle for the blue milk-chocolate version.
