SKY TV customers have until next weekend to claim one of two free Halloween movies and truly settle into the spooky season.

Viewers get the choice of a 1960 horror classic and a ghostly blockbuster which hit the screens in 2020 – but they must pick one.

“Customers can choose one of two horror movies from Sky Store this October, as a treat on us,” Sky writes on its website.

All VIP customers need to do is go to Sky Store on the homepage via their telly box.

Then, select the HD Digital Buy & Keep movie for either Psycho or The Invisible Man.

You can also say “Movie Night In” into your remote control for the two film options to pop-up.

Even if the price appears in your basket – don’t fear.

“The discounted price will automatically be applied to your box and charged to your Sky TV bill,” Sky adds.

The total discounted price being, of course, free for VIP customers.

If you have Sky Broadband or Sky Glass, you should head to the skystore.com and sign in using your Sky ID.

Then search for Psycho or The Invisible Man and your discount will be applied when you select the film.

But it’s important to note the movie will appear as full price until you log in.

Then it will be free to watch online or via the Sky Store app.

Customers have just two weekends to make use of the offer, as it ends on 5 November.

How to get both movies

While customers can only pick one – there is a way to get them both for free.

Eagle-eyed movie buffs were quick to point out that Psycho is also being offered by BBC iPlayer, where all the content is free when you have a TV license.

So, if you use BBC iPlayer, you can in fact get both movies at no extra cost this October.
