LORD of the Rings: Gollum launched in an unplayable state, filled with game-breaking bugs, and low-quality graphics.
Despite its incredibly low rating of 34 on review aggregate site Metacritic, one game might be even worse.
Skull Island: Rise of Kong has just been released for almost every platform for a not insignificant £40 ($40).
It doesn’t have any reviews, and despite the big name on the box, it wasn’t given to reviewers before its release.
However, now people are able to purchase it, some very disappointing images and videos are being shown online.
The graphics are extremely poor, and the game is in incredibly bad condition.

It is being called shovelware by players, which means that the developer has loaded a number of assets together whether they fit or not.
An example is the graphics when you defeat an enemy where you can see rocks flying out of the animals you defeat.
Some cutscenes have static images instead of animation, showing a very low quality of the game.
Developed by GameMill, the company develops a number of licensed games some of which are poor quality.

However, it has also produced some decent games, such as Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl, which received average review scores.
Following the release of Gollum, players were frequently sharing clips of the worst parts of the game online.
A similar thing is happening here, and people are shocked by Rise of Kong’s poor quality.
These clips also serve as a warning to potential players, to save their money for a better-quality release.
However, it also works to advertise the game, which has received very little promotion so far.
With games at this low quality of the game, it can encourage streamers to buy the game to laugh at while playing with viewers.
