WITH just 74 days to go until Christmas, people are stocking up on all the essentials for the big day.

Baileys has always been pretty pricey and it usually costs around £22 for a litre of its original Irish Cream flavour.

Supermarkets like Aldi and Lidl have their own versions available for those looking for a dupe.

But if it’s the real thing you’re after, you should always check where you can get the most for your money.

Shoppers looking for the cheapest 700ml bottle of the creamy liquor should head to Asda this week.

The supermarket has cut the price of single bottles from £15 to £10.

Asda has also slashed the price of 1litre bottles of Baileys to £13 too – down from £22.

Tesco offers the same bottles at the same price but it’s only available at these prices if you hold a Clubcard.

Those without a Clubcard won’t be able to take advantage of the supermarket’s Clubcard Prices and will have to fork out £16.50 for a 700ml bottle or £22 for the larger 1litre bottles.

Like Tesco, Sainsbury’s is also selling 700ml bottles for £10 with but only if you scan your Nectar card at checkout

The supermarket isn’t offering a discount on 1litre bottles of Baileys for Nectar members and these will set all shoppers back £21.95.

Online supermarket, Ocado is selling 700ml bottles for £12 and 1litre bottles for £22.

Co-op only stocks 700ml bottles costing £13.50.

Morrisons is selling 700ml bottles for £16.50 and 1litre bottles for £22.

Iceland only stocks 700ml bottles costing £15.

The same goes for Waitrose which came out most expensive charging £17 for the same size bottles.

As always, remember to check elsewhere in case we missed a cheaper price – there’s never a bad time to catch a bargain.

Prices may vary day to day as well depending on what deals are on, and remember to look at delivery costs too if you’re ordering online.
