MILLIONS of households have been warned their TV service could suffer disruption today.
High pressure is affecting reception across some parts of the country as the warm October weather continues.

The issue impacts people using Freeview.
You may be tempted to retune your box if you notice a fuzzy screen.
But affected homes have been urged not to.
Freeview has put out an alert, saying: “This is due to high pressure which could disrupt the TV signals which Freeview uses.

“You are advised not to retune your TV during this time – reception will be restored once the high pressure passes.”
If you have problems with traditional TV channels you should try streaming to get you through the period instead.
Modern Freeview Play TV boxes feature content from the main broadcasters.
Most are free to access.

Alternatively, if you have a smart TV you can make use of apps from the likes of BBC iPlayer, ITVX and Netflix.
Customers have been complaining about the issue on social media since yesterday, when the disruption started.
“My freeview TV keeps going off the last two nights about now; atmospheric pressure I guess but come on sort it out,” one wrote on Twitter / X.
“ALWAYS when you specifically want to watch something particular.”
