WALKERS has confirmed it has axed a hugely popular crisp flavour for good – and shoppers say their sandwiches are ruined.

Crisp connoisseurs had noticed the flavour’s absence from supermarket shelves “for a while”.

On Sunday, a fan tweeted: “Is it just me that’s noticed but I’ve not seen these in my local shop or supermarket for a while now.

“Can I still get them?”

“Fondly remembered here.”

Another said: “Aww no. Any chance they might come back at any time in the future?”

It comes as Tesco is making a major change to its F&F clothing range – and it works out cheaper for shoppers.
