PLAYSTATION has quietly added a number of excellent classic games to the library.

While there are some classic games already in the PlayStation library, the added extras are always welcome.

The PS Plus Premium tier adds new classic games every month.

This means that the new games could become free for subscribers in the near future.

These games have all been added to the PlayStation Store, and are available for purchase for just £7.99 ($9.99) each.

Just days ago, eagle-eyed PlayStation fans spotted that some older PlayStation games were rated in certain regions.

This often means that games are returning to online stores, as was the case recently with Syphon Filter.

Tekken and Soul Calibur games were both newly rated this week, with Tekken 2 now being available on the PlayStation Store.

This could mean that a Soul Calibur game will be coming to the PlayStation Store in the near future.

The most interesting from the list is Mr. Driller, which was removed from sale a few years ago from the PlayStation Store.

It was believed that this was due to a licensing issue, but now the cult classic game is back on the market.

Both Tekken and Ridge Racer are fan-favourite series, and many players are happy to see these games available again.

You can grab all of them right now on PS4 and PS5, navigating to the store page either online or via your console.

Here are all four PS One classic games that were recently added to the PlayStation Store:

  • Tekken 2
  • Mr. Driller
  • Ridge Racer 2
  • Ridge Racer Type 4
