Size: 3,940 square feet

Price per square foot: $406

Indoors: The front door is set under an overhang with painted scroll detailing. It opens into a foyer that flows, on the left, into a living room with hardwood floors inlaid with a leaf-inspired pattern. The room also has a fireplace, a bay of windows facing the street and a door topped by a stained-glass transom window that opens to a side porch.

Double glass doors divide the living room from the dining room, where the wallpaper has a late 19th-century aesthetic. Through the dining room is a kitchen with new stainless steel appliances; a vintage-style range; space for a dining table and chairs; and tall glass doors that open to the rear deck.

On the right side of this level is a bedroom suite with an alcove sitting area and more period-appropriate wallpaper. Its bathroom is painted a sunny yellow, with a claw-foot soaking tub and a porcelain pedestal sink. A second full bathroom and a coat closet are off the entry hall.

A staircase in the foyer leads to an upper-level sitting area with sloped ceilings and space for a sofa and a table. A hallway on one side of the room leads to two bedrooms. One, at the far end of the hall, has an en suite bathroom; the other has the use of a bathroom off the hall with a second claw-foot bathtub. Also on this level is a combined kitchenette and laundry room with access to a private deck.

The home’s lowest level, reached by a set of exterior stairs, includes a guest room with a full bathroom. There is also a built-in bar and an open space for recreation next to what was once the entrance to a tunnel to a local mine (now boarded up).

Outdoor space: The deck off the kitchen is spacious, with room for a barbecue and an outdoor dining table; the upstairs deck is a similar size. Two side porches have room for chairs. The grassy backyard is framed by mature trees and separates the house from the garage, which holds three cars.

Taxes: $18,876 (estimated)
