The home, which comes mortgage free, is positioned on the outskirts of Devon’s Dartmoor National Park and under half an hour from Ness Cove Beach.

It is valued at an incredible £2,200,000 – and if the lucky winner wants to rent it out it has an estimated long-term monthly income of around £3,000 per month. 

Or they can put it up for sale and walk away a multi-millionaire.

The five bedroom home with three bathrooms sprawls over 3,660 square feet.
