FAMILY FUN: If you are travelling with family in Scotland, take advantage of the Family Day Ticket offered by Citylink buses. This allows children aged up to 15 to travel free every weekend with adults. Book at www.citylink.co.uk.
EXPRESS SAVING: A group of three or more adults travelling together between London’s major airports can make a saving.
Book with National Express for £20 each one-way — but you must book together on the day or in advance.
CASH IN: Buy a ticket via quidco.com/national-express to get two per cent cash back. Or if you’re considering a Caledonian Travel coach trip, you can get more than four per cent back.

BE REWARDED: Download the Airtime Rewards app, add your bank card details and when booking a National Express trip with that card, earn five per cent of your booking back.
The cash earned can be exchanged for money off your mobile phone bill, once you’ve reached the minimum of £10 in rewards.

CAP IT: The government’s Bus Fare Cap grant scheme is a state-funded initiative capping a single fare at £2 and is available on most single bus journeys across England until October.
