The pizza oven is a fantastic dupe for the Oonie pizza oven that retails from £299.

It is described online as “perfect for crispy pizzas, tarte flambee or fresh baguettes.”

It comes equipped with a removable pizza stone and the housing is made from powder-coated steel.

The oven is suitable for use with charcoal and briquettes and has a thermometer and handle making it easy to move around your garden.

The product is also available in Northern Ireland where shoppers get an even better deal at £59.

Customers who bought one were quick to share their thoughts on social media with some even sharing a picture of their pizza creations.

One person said: “Good to see these at the price they should be.”

Another commented: “I’ve been considering an Ooni or other premium brands for ages.

You can use the store finder on the website to find your nearest branch of Lidl.

It is always best to check they have stock beforehand to avoid any disappointment.

We could not find any cheaper deals elsewhere at the moment on pizza ovens like this one.

Argos has one for £60, but it has fewer features and is made to sit on top of the BBQ rather than standalone.

VonHaus has one similar in style and feature to the Lidl Grillmeister which is currently retailing at £149, so quite a step up from the Lidl offering.

If you are wanting to splash out Ooni is one of the most popular manufacturers of pizza ovens, but depending on the model you buy it’ll set you back between £299 and £799 – so it’s an investment.

You should always shop around to find the best price as you might be able to find a similar product cheaper elsewhere, or even one that is more suited to your needs.

But remember, it’s only a good deal if you were wanting a pizza oven in the first place – if you get it just because of the offer, you aren’t necessarily saving money.
