What issues are users facing?
Users are reporting that they are getting an error message when searching for the home page.
Some are also unable to access the app.
One user said: “I can’t get to the app on my Android, at ALL! I’m getting the: Uh Oh, something went wrong. I’ve tried Duck Duck Go, and Google.
If I google the item and hit the Amazon ad, I get, something went wrong!”
