Users claim app and site won’t load
Some WhatsApp users say the outage is affecting WhatsApp web and on their desktop, but that their phone app seemed to be working.
Many users report the service not loading at all, while others say their app is freezing.
Some have taken to Twitter to try to find a solution, asking if it was “failing for everybody.”
