The biggest stars in fashion, culture and politics graced the red carpet (and us) with looks honoring the work and legacy of Karl Lagerfeld, best known for his tenure as Chanel’s creative director in the 1980s. The annual event in New York City celebrated the opening of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s exhibit “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty.”
