HUNDREDS of Virgin Media customers say they’ve been left without internet and claim the massive provider is down again.

While the majority of users said they were without landline internet, dozens claimed they were suffering a total blackout.

Customers claim Virgin Media has crashed, again

It comes just days after the massive provider crashed.

According to DownDetector, more than 1,100 customers reported having issues with the network from 10.30pm today.

Frustrated users swiftly moved online to complain.

One man wrote: “This is happening daily to me now.

Virgin Media went down again leaving hundreds of customers without internet
How to contact Virgin Media after outage and are you due compensation?

“Beyond a joke. I just want to come home and relax.”

Others took to Twitter and claimed this was the third time this month that their internet was down.

One person wrote: “Getting really fed up of all the disconnection with the internet recently and nothing seems to be done about it.”

On Monday, more than 1,500 reports were recorded – of those, 79 per cent related to broadband internet outages, 14% to total blackouts and seven per cent to TV streaming.

This saw hundreds of angry customers move online to blast the provider.

At the time Virgin Media said it had a “brief issue”, and apologised for any inconvenience.
