A TINY studio flat is on the market — but potential tenants are more likely to get their bum burned than their fingers.
Househunters were horrified to see the “luxury room” advertised with a snap of a bunk-bed ladder dropping onto a cooker.
The images for the “outrageous” £500-a-month flat in Warrington, Cheshire, were added to Rightmove at the weekend.
One Twitter user wrote: “FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS to burn your a**e cheeks on the hob when you get out of bed.”
Another one replied: “I kind of want the challenge of cooking from the top bunk.”
222 Estates said it had replaced the “unsuitable” set-up but uploaded old images by mistake.

The spokesperson said: “When we took over management of it we changed it because it was not suitable.
“It was probably changed because there’s ladders that look like they’re going into a hob.
“We took it out before the last tenant moved in and just haven’t changed the listing before this.”
