McDonald’s confirmed that the latest price increase move applies broadly across its coffee menu.

For example, its black and white coffee drinks have gone up by 20p from today – from 99p to £1.19.

It wouldn’t give prices for other items on its menu as it said franchises set their own prices.

Prices will vary depending on location and restaurant so make sure you check at your local McDonald’s for the correct increase.

A McDonald’s spokesperson told The Sun: “We remain committed to offering great tasting food at affordable prices.

“However, increasing costs continue to affect our company, our franchisees and our suppliers.

“We carefully review and adjust our prices to ensure that while some prices may change, we maintain great value and quality across our menu.”

Just weeks ago, McDonald’s confirmed it had upped the prices of other items on its beloved menu – so you might want to expect an even bigger cost from now on.
