Screenshots are useful for a lot of reasons including saving information on a website or keeping note of an important message.

However, sometimes you might want to screenshot more than just what’s available on your screen.

This may be the need to screenshot a long chunk of messages or a webpage.

Fortunately, Android has a trick to help you out.

How to take a scrolling screenshot on Android

To take a scrolling screenshot, first, open the webpage or other rolling screen you want to grab.

Press both “Power” and “Volume Down” at the same time to capture a screenshot.

This essentially acts as a “secret button” to screenshot success.

You should see a bar at the bottom of your screen with multiple options.

Tap and hold the double-arrow icon until you reach the end of the page or your desired endpoint, and then let go.
