The chicken chain has upped the price of its quarter chicken meal by £1.70 since January last year.

In 2022 Nando’s fans could order the meal for £8.25 with two sides, but now it’ll cost you £9.95 – a 20% increase.

The price of the quarter chicken on its own is now £4.95, up 16% from £4.25.

Chain bosses have said the price hikes are due to a rise in costs, such as of ingredients and running restaurants.
