British actor and comedian says condition has made him disorganised but ‘chaos’ may have helped his standup performance

The comedian and actor Johnny Vegas has revealed that he has been diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) at the age of 52.

The NHS describes ADHD as a condition that affects people’s behaviour with restlessness, trouble concentrating and impulsiveness among its effects.
