The discount supermarket is selling the Salter 3.2 Litre Hot Air Fryer for just £49.99.

You’ll need to head to your nearest Lidl if you want to bag yourself the deal – the supermarket doesn’t offer online delivery.

The air fryer is only available while stocks last.

That’s because it’s one of Lidl’s popular “middle of the aisle” finds which means it won’t be around forever.

To find your nearest Lidl branch, you’ll need to visit the website.

The chain has over 800 stores across Britain so you’ll likely have one in your area.

The fryer comes with adjustable temperature control up to 200°C and a removable, non-stick coated cooking basket.

Plus, to help you save on energy bills the gadget runs on just 1300W.

Bargain fryers like this do tend to sell out at rocket speeds, especially at such low prices.

Keen customers crashed the Aldi website last month to get their hands on its Ambiano air fryer.

It was then available in store the following week and very few were able to grab them.

Air fryers have really gained popularity over the past few months, and there can be some expensive alternatives.

Possibly the most popular brand for air fryers is Ninja, but its similar sized 3.8L fryer costs £129.99 so can be a bit of an investment.

That’s why shoppers love alternatives like the Salter and at that price who can blame them?

This is the cheapest price we could find for this model, but as always do have a shop around – there’s never a bad time to bag a bargain.

We did find that Robert Dyas is selling the same make and model for the same price in its sale, down from £59.99.

Amazon sells the same fryer for considerably more at £85.95.

There are other models available, Aldi’s larger 4.5L model is coming back in stock from January 3 for £40 so make sure you keep an eye out.

As always before you commit to a purchase, you should shop around to make sure you’re getting the best deal.

And, when shopping online make sure to factor in delivery charges.

Use price comparison tools like Google Shopping to find similar products from other retailers and compare prices.

Air fryers have gained popularity over the last few months as under the new price cap, using one for 15 minutes costs just 13p.

It comes as energy bills are still heavily on everyone’s minds, and people have turned to plug in devices to save their cash.
