THE WORLD’S tallest penthouse that features a stunning view of New York City boasts seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms but there’s a big catch.
The £250million penthouse known as The One Above All Else is located at 1,416 feet at the top of the Central Park Tower.
The impressive property has 23 rooms and even offers a view of the Empire State Building.
But the amazing penthouse has a massive catch that might put some people off.
It seems like the high winds in the winter cause a high-pitch whistling sound.
During a tour of the penthouse by CBS, Brook Silva Braga noted the noise echoing inside the house which the real estate agent described as a “growing pain.”
The penthouse covers 17,545 square feet on three top floors.
The first floor includes an observatory, a library, media room and a salon whiles the second one has five suites and a bonus gaming/ recreational room.
The third level boasts a ballroom, power rooms, a private study, a kitchen and enough space for a private gym.
Even though it’s not the tallest building in the world, it is the tallest penthouse, located in Manhattan’s Billionaires’ Row.
