PRIMARK is set to launch another clothing collection with baking chain Greggs for the Christmas season.

The news was revealed in its owner’s Associated British Foods’ annual results published today.

The details are still scarce including prices and where the clothes will be available, but it’s not the first time Primark has collaborated with Greggs on clothing lines.

In February, it unveiled an 11-piece collection featuring branded hoodies and hats.

Customers could even pick up Greggs sliders for £8.

In July, it also launched a summer range, including sausage roll socks and Greggs-themed crocs.

The latest collection comes as the giant retailer posted total sales of £7.7billion for the year that ended September 17, 43% ahead of last year.

The chain put the success down to its sales of fluffy pyjamas, thermals and “Snuddies”, cosy blanket hoodies.

It said exclusive clothing collaborations with stars such as ex-Love Island contestant Kem Cetinay and Stacey Solomon brought financial success as well.

The boss of Primark’s parent company today also promised not to make any further price hikes before next autumn.

He said it’s to put pressure on some of his rivals as shoppers are under strain during the cost-of-living crisis.
