A FLAT in a sought-after London location has hit the rental market for £1,300 a month – but it comes with a catch.
The studio apartment in the South West of the city boasts a well-equipped kitchen – but finding it may confuse those checking out the flat.
That’s because it’s hidden inside a cupboard.
The property is on Musjid Road, just five minutes from Clapham Junction station, so it’s an easy commute into the city.
It also boasts a large skylight.
The flat comes with everything a tenant needs, as long as you’re willing to fork out £1,300 – without bills.
Although the kitchen is “discreet” it holds an integrated sink, hotplate, fridge, and washing machine.
The sleeping area also doubles as storage, with bunk-bed-style stairs leading up to a platform with space for a mattress.
Although the kitchen and bedroom aren’t what you’d usually find in a London flat, the bathroom is closer to the norm.
It sits just off the main room and plays host to a shower, toilet and interesting-looking sink.

The flat has been listed on OpenRent, and has the potential to be a cosy – albeit snug – spot for an open-minded tenant.
The only bill included in rent is water, and the deposit is £1,500.
You also have to provide three months’ bank statements, employer references, and proof of employment to cover the rental period.
This studio has hit the market just after another flat in the city, with a price tag of £1,279 a month, also made headlines because of its lack of space.
The flat came with all the essential rooms you would expect to find in your new home – however, both the kitchen and bathroom are inside their own cupboards.
A video of the flat posted to TikTok racked up 1.7million views and had garnered more than 82,600 likes so far.

It was slammed online after house hunters noticed the shower was right next to the oven, just inches from the bed.
