Located near Lincoln County Hospital, the ‘studio flat’ has been listed on Rightmove which says it comes furnished and has six bedrooms all with ensuites.

However, the description states the property is ‘perfect for storage’, reports LincolnshireLive, and instead the owners are ‘offering to let a large garage situated in Lincoln’.

The advert says: “The garage is available for rent on a monthly basis. Deposit Required of £100.”

Despite the bedrooms and ensuites clearly being a typo, TikTok creator ‘Adamzinho’ made a video about his shock over the ‘studio flat’.

The video went viral with millions of views and thousands of users heading to the comments section.

One TikTok user, @betweenbakerst, said: “Studio, prison cell, what’s the difference really?”

Another user, @alsoalice, added: “Furnish type: furnished. Where!?!”

Others saw the funny side of it. User @saozerr, said: “Would be £1,000 a month with 8 weeks deposit required in London.”

User, @rubystar992, added: “My toxic trait is thinking I could make this cozy”.

The listing says the company are ‘offering to let a large garage’, but details on the description say otherwise.
