The former owner appears to be a hoarder with the home chock-full of rubbish.

Pictures from inside show the house has been left in a shocking state and will take a bit of work to restore any of its former glory.

The ransacked property needs a complete refurbishment and one look at the listing will quickly tell you why.

A bedroom appears to be full of bin bags holding larger cans while clothing strewn is seen the room.

One redeeming feature of the property is the size of its garden.

Although it appears to desperately need its own attention, in the right hands it could be turned into one of the home’s marvels.

Found in Glenrothes, the home sits close to a host of schools, a shopping centre and an 18-hole golf course.

Listed with Auction House Scotland, the property is set to go to in-room auction tomorrow at 2pm.

Bidding will begin for a miniscule guide price of £39,999.
