The property, located in Walthamstow, seems to be an attractive proposition for anyone looking to move with rising rental prices and demand.

But prospective renters would have good reason for believing the price is too good to be true.
The excellent rent – for London prices – comes with a trade-off as residents will have to share communal areas with up to 44 people.
The new block is made up of 45 ensuite rooms, with tenants having access to a private courtyard and dedicated parking.
However, potential owners will need to share the property’s eight separate bathrooms, as well as a single kitchen and one lounge.

Despite having to share with such a large number of renters, the listing on Rightmove does reveal the communal areas are very large.
The kitchen and lounge are more than big enough for multiple people to do what they want at the same time.
Three ovens and numerous cupboards mean that if you can cope with living with the sheer number of tenants this will be a steal of a rental property.
The flat also offers an excellent location with the listing boasting that it is “ideally located near to Walthamstow’s cafés, shops, bars and restaurants.”
As the shared property is considered a guardianship, tenants will need to be over the age of 21, in full-time employment, and make at least £15,000 per year.
Under this license agreement it’ll be subject to monthly inspections and contractor visits.
It comes as another London flat could be yours for £860 a month – but there’s a tiny catch.
And a studio in the capital going for £1,000 a month may leave renters struggling to breathe.
