Essentially, the filter shows a man in a blue hoodie popping up behind someone, causing many to think that the person is right behind them.

According to Dmarge, the filter was created by Luca Bellei (@lucabellei27), who is reportedly the son of the man that appears in the filter.

Like most filters on TikTok, it is very easy to add the Giordano filter to your next video.

  1. Click on the plus sign after you log into TikTok
  2. Select “effects” at the bottom of the screen
  3. Search Giordano
  4. Select the first filter that appears.

Giordano will now automatically appear when the camera detects a person.
