YOUTUBER and streamer Wilbursoot hosted a stream in the Technoblade’s memory.
Though the stream, titled “Let’s remember our dear friend,” took place three hours ago, fans are able to view the recording posted to Wilbur’s account.
The announcement was posted on Twitter after Wilbur shared an image on June 30 of himself along with the late creator and fellow Streamer Shubble.
The tweet reads: “So long, blood god No-one could do it like you. I miss you everyday.”
Fans have also taken to the platform to mourn Techno, many of whom have posted fanart inspired by the late streamer.
On June 30, Technoblade posted one final YouTube video post titled “So long nerds” in which his father shared the tragic news of his son’s passing after a sarcoma cancer battle.
“Hello everyone, Technoblade here,” the message began. “If you’re watching this. I am dead.”

Fan posts joke Technoblade made about pig lifespan
Back in 2019, Technoblade took to Twitter and posted about the lifespan of a pig being between 15-20 years.
Since he was widely recognized by his pig logo, he made light of this by posting that he was then 20 years of age, making light of the statistic.
Following Techno’s death, fans are discussing the tweet, and one said: “Sad fact: The oldest pig in captivity named Baby Jane lived until the age of 23.”
Technoblade died at 23 years old.

Fans continue to pay tribute to Technoblade after learning of his death.
One fan posted fan art of a crown along with the text “Rest in peace, Technoblade. You will be remembered.”

Techno dabbled in voice acting
Technoblade joined OfflineTV’s Disguised Toast, Sykkuno, and Valkyrae in April 2022 as voice actors for the Hannya Squad in the anime Tribe Nine’s English dub, per Sportskeeda.
Corpse Husband, a Twitch streamer and rapper, provided the voice acting for a recurrent character in the anime, which garnered media attention.

Some community members are requesting that the creators of Minecraft take more overt action to express their gratitude for Technoblade’s contribution to the community.

The tweet from Techno read “Proud of you king!”
Meanwhile, the fan who posted a screenshot of Techno’s final tweet wrote: “This was Technoblade’s last ever tweet. It’s so fitting.
“Him being proud of his friends, of the lgbt community, of his community, of us.

After learning of the news of Technoblade’s death, Minecraft’s official Twitter posted a tribute to him.
It reads: “We have been trying to find the words, but all of us here at Minecraft are heartbroken over the loss of Technoblade.

The author of young adult books The Fault in Our Stars and Looking for Alaska John Green has also paid tribute to the late streamer.

Since June 21, the CEO of SpaceX had been on a social media hiatus.
The 51-year-old business billionaire returned to Twitter, where he has over a 100million followers, to tweet a photo honoring the late Minecraft player.

YouTube video posted announcing death
In one final post to Technoblade’s account, his father made an appearance and announced the passing of his son.
“You’ve done so much for so many people, millions of people,” his father told him.
“If you want to, you can rest. But if you want to write one last video and you’re waiting for things to get better, I would say don’t wait.”

How did Technoblade die?
Technoblade disclosed in a video released on August 27 that he had previously had soreness in his right arm and had taken a few days off to heal.
At first, he believed it to be a stress injury brought on by too much game playing.
He went to the hospital, but instead of feeling better, he found that his shoulder was swollen and thought he had fractured a bone.
On August 2, 2021, the prognosis was presented to him.
Doctors performed multiple scans while he was there and informed him that a tumor was to blame for his arm problems.
Before finally passing away from the illness, he had chemotherapy treatment.

Techno wanted to record a longer message
Technoblade intended to record a longer message, but “we waited too long,” his father said in his son’s death announcement.
He added that he ran out of time and that his son struggled to concentrate as his health declined.
On his deathbed, eight hours or so before passing away, Technoblade managed to compose his final message on a laptop, according to his father.

There isn’t an exact death date revealed for the late streamer.
However, Technoblade penned his parting note after his father gave him some heartfelt advice, and eight hours later, he passed away, his father explained in the video.

Technoblade’s mother’s message continued: “This past year has had a lot of rough spots for our son as he battled stage four cancer,” she continued.
“But he didn’t complain, and kept using his famous strategic mind to try to beat what he knew were almost impossible odds.

“He avoided personal fame and worked hard to keep his true identity confidential, and we ask you to honor his wishes to protect his privacy and the privacy of his family.”

The charity Minecrafters vs. Cancer received more than $75,000 thanks to the efforts of Technoblade, a well-known streamer, and other Minecraft content creators.
Soon enough, the YouTube channel’s fundraising target was increased to $100,000, per SportsKeeda.
