As reported in Daily Mail, Ms. Bentley said Mr. Baxter was not mentally ill but a master of manipulation. CCTV cameras caught his images in the stores market, where the Vile Baxter bought flammable liquid from a hardware store before committing his evil crime.

When he bought petrol, he also bought three Kinder Surprise chocolates, perhaps for his kids. Police dug into the investigation but could not find the reason for self-killing and murder.
Funeral Of Rowan Baxter, His Wife Hannah Clarke & Her Children
After the death of Rowan Baxter, his relatives had a separate funeral apart from his wife Hannah Clarke and her children. Further details and information are yet to reveal regarding his funeral.
On the other hand, Hannah’s relatives buried their bodies (Hannah and her children) on March 9, 2020. Scott Morrison, Australian Prime Minister, and Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk attended their joint funeral.
In honor of the murdered children, Clarke’s family founded the nonprofit “Small Steps 4 Hannah” in March. The focus of the charity is to put a HALT to the instances and severity of domestic and family violence in Australia.
At a public vigil held at the Bill Hewitt Reserve in Camp Hill on February 23, more than a thousand people came together to honor and remember the family. Later, her family established a small and peaceful place in the memory of Hannah with a sign, shelter, and newly planted trees.
Coorparoo Councillor opened ‘Hannah’s Place’ on September 8, 2020, along with Clarke’s family and Cr. Fiona Cunningham on her 32nd birthday.

Hannah Clarke Inquest Findings
The Coroner finishes Hannah Clarke’s inquest after determining that additional government actions were “unlikely” to have stopped murders.
Jane Bentley, the Deputy State coroner, was in tears on Wednesday as she concluded the inquest into their murder at the hands of Ms. Clarke’s estranged husband.
She executed the murderous plans and closed her finding in more than 150 pages that service providers, friends, family, and police had little chance of stopping the criminals.
The conclusions came after nine days of testimony from witnesses who described the terror of Ms. Clarke’s car catching fire from late March to early April. According to Ms. Bentley, a few of the killer’s friends’ and associates’ remarks to police revealed unsettling views in the neighborhood.
According to Baxter’s friends, he loved his wife and children, as he was a great father, and he might have done all the actions for fear of losing everything from him, losing his three children. The statement reveals that Hannah had kept the children away from him, which she should not have done.
