But it’ll be a tight squeeze as pics of the cramped apartment reveal that the kitchen space is within arms reach of the bed.
A miniscule bathroom is located next to the bedroom, which contains a toilet, sink and shower – all so close to each other that there’s scarcely room to dry yourself.
Cooking fans may want also to give this one a miss as the so-called “kitchenette” contains just a cupboard, sink and mini-fridge.

Unfortunately, £960 a month is not enough to get you any cooking facilities – but according to the listing, there is a communal kitchen elsewhere in the building.
There is also no garden or parking spaces – but this hasn’t stopped the owners from being picky about applicants.
While the London property is open to single applicants and accepts people on DSS incomes – students, families, pets and smokers are not allowed.
At £960 per month, the rental is almost £200 more expensive than the south east London average of £758, and £363 more than the national average of £597, according to rental website SpareRoom.
Bills are not included in the price, and with an energy performance certificate (EPC) rating of D, they’re likely to be on the higher side.

While this Catford flat’s price is raising eyebrows, the sum looks a lot more reasonable when compared to the UK’s most expensive studio flat – which costs £1.85 MILLION despite not even having enough space for a bath.
