IF you’ve been on TikTok recently you’ve probably heard of the “human feelings quiz” also being reffered to as the “human emotion test”.

The viral TikTok trend is easy to take part in but requires using a third-party website and may not give you the answer you were hoping for.

The human emotion test claims to be able to detect what type of “human feeling” a user has.

The trend, which often uses the hashtag, #humanfeelings, has since gained over 565,000 views.

It’s a simple personality quiz like the ones made very popular by Buzzfeed but it requires translating from Russian and provides some odd answers.

The quiz can be found on UQuiz, which is a popular quiz-making website.

TikTok human emotion quiz goes viral for 'creepy accuracy' – how to do it
What is TikTok's human emotion test?

It’s originally published in Russian, so it will need to be translated for English speakers.

I translated the website on my Google Chrome browser and then proceeded to answer 11 questions supposedly linked to my personality.

Some of the ‘questions’ are actually statements.

The first one is “Hey!” and you get to pick from four replies.

Question two asks you to choose a random event from your life and gives you five options.

One option is about hitting a classmate that “touched you” and another is about listening to music on a swing.

Another question asked “Relation to space?” and the two options you have don’t make a lot of sense in the trasnlated version.

After trying my best to make sense of the questions I submitted my final answer and got given “true love” as my “human feeling”.

That may sound nice but the description reads: “You… wow. really, wow. definitely very strong and wonderful people. your loved ones are very lucky to have you, and you, too, you know, are huge smarties. probably sometime in your life something terrible happened, and you broke down, piece by piece picking yourself up. but I’m glad it’s okay now.”

The Google translation of the site definitely isn’t perfect so it may have added the sinister undertone to the latter half of the statement.

Lots of people on social media have had mixed feelings about their human emotion test results.

Along with posting the results of quizzes on TikTok, some users also posted their results on Twitter.

One user said: “i took the what human emotion am I quiz that’s trending on tiktok and it said I was ANXIETY dude the ‘you are a negative emotion’ HURTED.”

Another added: “I did that ‘which human emotion are you’ quiz that’s going around on tiktok and I’m SOBBING at the accuracy.”

As with all tests on third-party websites, you should be careful with the information you give away online and be wary of the sites you use.
