Sue Gray’s long-awaited report into law-breaking parties in Downing Street during lockdown has been published, with Boris Johnson set to respond to its contents within hours.
After six months, a Whitehall investigation into a dozen gatherings was completed by Gray, a senior civil servant. She handed it to Downing Street on Wednesday morning.
