Electric-vehicle startup Rivian Automotive Inc. maintained its production forecast for this year while warning that supply-chain problems continue to crop up, resulting in unexpected downtime at its factory.

Rivian, which reported quarterly results after the market close Wednesday, said revenue for the first quarter was $95 million, below Wall Street expectations.
