A DEVASTATED home owner has told how she bought a new build property only to discover it was falling apart and absolutely riddled with mould and mites.
Amy Jones shared her living nightmare on video sharing site TikTok after stepping into the property only moments earlier.
The gobsmacking video shows a litany of filthy rooms and endless dodgy fittings as she pleads with buyers to avoid Keepmoat Homes, the agents who flogged her the grim gaff.
In the damning clip – which has been viewed over 441,000 times – Amy shows how she was met with black mould before she even moved in.
To make matters worse, there are even “mites” swarming all over the plaster in the property.
The front door of the home “doesn’t even close properly”, while the living room has the opposite problem – that refuses to stay open.
The scenes in the bathroom are not much better either as the loo “isn’t even screwed in properly” and worryingly has been “plumbed in wonky”.
Sealant in the botched job bathroom also covers the floor and walls while the bath appears smashed in and “damaged”.
Not so bubbly Amy also reveals the kitchen floor has a raised air bubble protruding up through the lino – moving around when she puts her foot on it.
Amy also slams how the boiler has “exposed pipes” in the very questionable home.

Clearly at her wits end, the unlucky new homeowner also shows more and more mould covering the rooms before taking a close look at the skirting boards that have been “stuck on wonky”.
Other skirting boards appear filthy and have been painted terribly.
But the problems keep on appearing as a bannister can be seen to be sticking “through the ceiling” as Amy’s nightmare rages on.
What’s more the “majority” of the PVC windows are badly cracked.
And to top it off, Amy claims daft builders had even put a windowsill on the outside of the property – hardly a house with a view.
It is unclear where Amy’s home is based.
The Sun Online has approached Keepmoat Homes for comment.
