A BREWERY is launching Homer Simpson’s perfect beer — flavoured with artisan doughnuts.
The quirky craft tipple, jam-packed at six per cent alcohol, is said to have a “definite taste” of raspberry preserve and chocolate.
The IPA is a collaboration between BrewDog in Ellon, Aberdeenshire, and doughnut start-up Project D.
The Derby-based firm’s director Jacob Watts told The Sun: “It’s obviously on the sweet side. But anyone who likes our doughnuts is going to absolutely love a pint of Project D beer.
“Beer and doughnuts are both yeast-based, so it really is a match made in heaven. But it’s a limited edition and won’t be around for long.”
Around 15,000 bright pink cans go on sale this month, available via BrewDog’s monthly beer club.

Project D’s hand-decorated range have been served at London Fashion Week, on British Airways flights — and the firm even had an order from Windsor Castle.
