A CRAMPED London flat with barely any room to move has been made available for £360 a month.

The tiny studio is based in affluent West Kensington and was recently listed on Gumtree.

The price is cheap for the area but prospective renters will get what they pay for with little breathing space in the poky flat.

It comes with its own kitchenette but this is uncomfortably shoe horned underneath the bunk bed.

The owner has fitted a raised sleeping platform and placed a fridge and electric ring on drawers underneath.

But most people will have to bend over or kneel down to cook food in the Kensington bolt-hole.

With space at a premium there is no room for a couch or TV.

A tiny table at the afoot of the bed’s ladder is only there to support the microwave.

There is a separate toilet and shower but their size is also the bare minimum.

The ad tells would-be tenants: “The property is just moments away from a wide range of amenities.”

Described as “great value for the area” the flat does have excellent travel links with Earls Court, Barons Court and West Kensington Tube stations nearby.

The price includes council tax and bills but the ad states the property is not available to people on benefits.
